This hand made gold swirl paper box is packed with Christmas dove delights.

Take the star design lid off the box and tucked away in the box are six terracotta shaped doves with red ribbons. Three are silver painted and three are gold painted.

Length of each dove (from top of red loop to bottom of tassle) is approx. 16cms.

Size of box is approx 7cms by 7cms by 5cms deep.

Purchased from HEED ( Health, Education and Economic Development ) , a Christian non – governmental Organization in Bangladesh which was established in 1977 to empower artisans. The artisans come from many areas of Bangladesh and include widows, minority groups, refugees, and other disadvantaged people , most of whom are illiterate. As well as marketing the craft, HEED is also involved in micro credit, agricultural products, community health, gender education and leprosy hospitals.
